Mission statement the camrea taipans cricket club will establish its reputation as the most successful cricket club within the diamond valley cricket association inc., based on success and exemplary sportsmanship on the field, and the highest standard of club management and player and member support off the field. �?� encouraging a sense of pride in the history and values of the club via the maintenance of contact with past and present members of the club. �?� providing a social outlet for men, women and children of all ages in a friendly, family atmosphere. �?� ensuring the long-term future of the club through proper financial management. �?� providing the best facilities and human resources available to develop the talents and capabilities of all players. �?� providing an environment which encourages personal growth, achievement and team spirit. �?� promoting junior cricket and fostering the development of young players. We will achieve this by: maintaining a minimum of 5 senior teams and 3 junior teams, whilst striving to achieve the highest grade possible for each team. �?� establishing a set of procedures that future committees can use as a benchmark.
