ElectroMechanical Services (EMS) started operating in 1978 as a crane services company and has evolved into a diverse, multiskilled service organization. Currently located at two sites on the eastern seaboard, a Head Office in Sydney and a branch in Brisbane, we yield services nationally as far afield as Perth and products to companies around the world. EMS offers the design and manufacture of customized engineering solutions backed by expertise in: Mechanical design, manufacture, inspection, mend and modification. This combination of skills and our vast experience allows us to create almost any industrial solution no matter the size or location. The EMS process allows us to take a customer’s ideas and fashion them into a design that meets their needs. EMS can then install and commission the equipment, providing manuals and training as required. We are an onestopshop for all your designed solutions, builds and repairs. Solution designed parts are plasma cut by our suppliers and welded in house to create the desired frame works, while our machinists can turn, mill and drill parts to the desired specifications. Our Electrical and Electronic workshops produce testing and fix of almost all electrical equipment. Electrical manufacture of control boxes is conducted to the designed specifications of our Engineers. Interfacing all cable Inputs and outputs. Where required, consultant engineers are available for certification. Our staff retention is high, some as long as 20 years, which ensures that Experience is retained and grows with the company and is shared among st all the team, as a result almost all of our staff are multiskilled.
